Discover Scuba Diving

If you want to try scuba diving but aren’t quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course, Discover Scuba Diving is for you! This PADI certified program is a great introduction into what it takes to explore the underwater world.

To confirm your booking, you must complete and return the appropriate documentation. 

Introductory Dive:

• Requirements: Minimum age 12 years. A medical declaration must be provided – Click here for a full list of requirements.
• Includes: Introductory dive from the pool/boat.
• Duration: Please allow 2 hours & 15 minutes
• Location: All tours depart from Fitzroy Island Resort. You need to ensure that you have transfers booked to the island. These are NOT included in the price.

• Requirements: To have completed the PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience with the Fitzroy Island Sports Hub in the last 7 days
• Includes: Introductory dive from the boat.

PLEASE NOTE: 

• Transfers to Fitzroy Island are NOT included. Please ensure you have booked your transfers separately at an additional cost.
• Once you have made your booking, the deposit becomes non-refundable, full prepayment will be required upon arrival to FISH. 
• We recommend completing your medical questionnaire before booking and if necessary, obtaining the appropriate medical dive clearance. As soon as we receive a completed medical declaration, we will be able to confirm your booking.
• Discounts available for groups of 2 divers or more. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
