The Fitzroy Flyer departs Cairns Marina daily and takes approximately 45 minutes to reach Fitzroy Island. Once on the island you'll have access to rainforest walking tracks, Nudey Beach, coral reefs, restaurants, snorkelling and optional guided activities. The Turtle Rehabilitation Centre is exclusive to resort guests and guests travelling on the Fitzroy Flyer.

  • Anyone travelling to Fitzroy Island under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. 


INCLUDES: This package offers return transfers only from Cairns to Fitzroy Island departing at 1:30pm and leaving the island at 5pm, and a Turtle Talk at the rehab centre (2:45pm).

CHECK-IN & BOARDING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cairns to Fitzroy Island Ferry: Make your way directly to Berth 20 on the Marlin Marina Wharf. 
  • Turtle Rehabilitation Centre: Check-In at the rehab centre at least 5 minutes prior to commencing.
  • Fitzroy Island to Cairns Ferry: Make your way directly to the jetty at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled 5 pm departure.


TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Due to increased workplace health & safety requirements, we can no longer carry oversized luggage (20kg or greater), Eskys, Cooler Boxes & Beach Trollies, Stand Up Paddleboards or Kayaks. Please ensure you pack accordingly.
